3 ripe bananas
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
¼ cup melted butter
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1️⃣ Mash bananas and place them in the bread maker.
2️⃣ Add wet ingredients first, followed by dry ingredients.
3️⃣ Select the “Cake” or “Quick Bread” setting and start the machine.
4️⃣ Check doneness with a toothpick. Let cool before slicing.
